On-Site classes are the best way to ensure participation of employees.

Our health coaches will help you identify and overcome the obstacles that are holding you back from optimal health. We offer a variety of coaching packages to fit your needs.

Based on employee assessment results, seminars of appropriate nature and interest will be formed to best reach the employees needs.

 On-Site seminars can include: Nutrition, Gym introduction, mediation and mental health, work life balance, traveling more healthfully and many more! 

Nutrition counseling is also available to give employees science based information on their personal basal metabolic rate and total daily energy expenditure.
That builds specific goal setting and lifestyle control by nutritional education.

Personal training can also be an option to give employees a one on one approach to their workouts. Taking into account any injuries, bio mechanic issues and they will receive a personal workout and card to start their workouts on their own.
